Doors are open 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after each class. Classes start promptly and doors are locked during class. We have our teacher, Mary Jarvis, coming for a visit from February 20-23. 90-MINUTE CLASSIC BEGINNING YOGA CLASS
Unless otherwise noted, our classes on the schedule are the beginner-friendly yoga class that we are known for.
This is a 90-minute long, hatha yoga class in a heated room. All you need to practice yoga is a spine! In your class you will find students of all shapes, ages and abilities. We all practice and grow together in the hot room, no matter how long you have been coming or if you are new.
60-MINUTE EXPRESS BEGINNING YOGA CLASS
Debuting in April, 2017, this is a shorter version of the hot hatha yoga class we are known for. This class is still in the Bikram tradition of the classic 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises. We just do fewer sets for most of the postures.
This 60-minute class is exactly the same as our regular yoga class, but in silence! It is led by a teacher in the front of the room. You must be familiar enough with the sequence to do it without formal instruction.
This 90-minute yoga class is an all-levels class. Practice is in a warm, but not hot room, and be prepared to have fun as we work on strength building and stamina! CORE II includes a handstand and backbending practice also.
A 90-minute yoga/meditation fusion intended to bring maximum physical and mental benefits. 60-minutes of yoga postures in silence followed by a guided meditation allowing you to experience the deepest levels of relaxation. The 60-minute silent portion is exactly the same as our regular 90-minute class but in silence! It is led by a teacher in the front of the room. You must be familiar enough with the sequence to do it without formal instruction.
We will offer a 90-minute intermediate class from the hatha yoga postures in our lineage of yoga. Practiced in a warm room.
In this all-levels class, we begin with sun salutations and move through a modified version of the Ashtanga primary series. Aura will teach Rocket vinyasa, which is a little faster-paced, and Cat teaches a slower vinyasa class.
