On-Demand Digital Library and This Week's Livestream Schedule


Dear Students,

We know that many of you are working at home or have kids or are just trying to squeeze yoga in when you can. We feel it! To create the variety and flexibility you need to start and stop class, we will be offering a digital online yoga library. You will be able to take classes with your favorite teachers in addition to your livestream classes.

To access the digital library, you just have to have an active class package or membership with us. Just send us an email starting tomorrow and we will send you a link to classes that we have recorded. More classes will be added as the days go on.

Many of the pre-recorded classes will be livestream classes you can take later at your convenience. You will notice that the teacher is spotlighted in those recordings, so unless they tell you you are featured, feel free to relax, take the pressure off and practice to your heart's content knowing that you are not being video recorded unless the teacher spotlights you for demonstration. If you don't have an active membership, please email us to discuss!

Over time, my goal is to add shorter videos to the library and classes we have not been able to offer before. My mom asked me to record a short chair yoga class for seniors and I know she is reading this, so, mom, you have been heard! We will get it done!

We are introducing 2 new classes this week: Meditation and Slow Flow Vinyasa.

The meditation will be twice this week, once taught by Charles and once by me. We teach in different styles of meditation, so try both! The Slow Flow Vinyasa is a 75- minute class taught by one of my teachers, Lizzy Hoffman, who has been doing yoga since the late 1960s. We also have a virtual hangout session just to catch up and share a favorite book or a funny story.

All of these classes are included in your membership. We have never before been able to offer so much variety in your practice and we are excited to be able to do so for you.
