We are open for in-person classes in the hot room at limited capacity. We also have livestream classes, outdoor classes and on demand classes in our Virtual Yoga School.

    Start here. Our favorite, beginner-friendly, all-levels yoga class. Whether it's your first or 1000th class. One of the most therapeutic yoga styles out there.

    60-MINUTE EXPRESS YOGA CLASS

    Like the original, but shorter and quicker-paced.

    SILENT CLASS

    60 minutes in silence. Not for beginners. Led by a teacher in front, full sequence of postures.

  • YOGA SHAPESHIFTING

    90 minutes of therapeutic movements to challenge and heal the body. "What the mind can conceive" class. Created by Mary Jarvis.

  • INTERMEDIATE CLASS

    Introducing advanced body skills: deeper backbending, balance, arm-balance and inversions. Must maintain regular yoga practice.

    MEDITATION

    Warm vinyasa.

    LUNGES AT LUNCH

LIVESTREAM ROOM

Over flow class, in a beautiful on-site second hot room. Same class as our original 90 min hot yoga, with the same teacher, just in a different space so more people can enjoy.
