You can do this. Everyone can—young and old, fit or not.

What to Expect in Your First Class

The Heat

The room is 105°F. You'll start sweating within minutes—this is normal and beneficial. The heat helps your muscles warm up safely for deeper stretching.

The Sequence

We practice the same 26 postures every class. Don't worry about memorizing anything—your teacher guides you through each pose with detailed instruction.

Your Pace

Listen to your body. Sit down, lie down, or step out anytime you need to. No judgment, ever. Rest when you need to, then rejoin when you're ready.

The Community

You'll practice alongside students of all levels. Everyone is focused on their own practice in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
