Dear students,
TL;DR: We’re switching to Momence, our new booking and membership system — going live November 10!
👉 Please log in or download the app and add your payment info by November 1, so we can make sure everything runs smoothly.
You can use a credit card or choose ACH (bank draft) to avoid higher card fees.
💛 What to Do
If you’re on your phone:
1️⃣ Tap this link to open our Momence page. Open in Momence →
2️⃣ OR Download the Momence app:
3️⃣ Try logging in with the same email and password you used with WellnessLiving. If your old password doesn't work, you might need to select 'Forgot Password' and go through the steps to reset your password.
4️⃣ Once you're in the system add your payment information under
My Account -> Account Settings.
!! If you are uploading ACH, exit the app and login in a browser window-- you can do this on your phone or on a computer. Because Momence needs to verify with your bank, it is not possible to do that in the app !!
If you’re on your computer:
1️⃣ Go to the sign in page Open in Momence →
2️⃣ Try logging in with the same email and password you used with WellnessLiving. If your old password doesn't work, you might need to select 'Forgot Password' and go through the steps to reset your password.
3️⃣ Once you're in the system, add your payment information under My Account -> Account Settings.
💳 Processing Fees
Momence uses Stripe as its secure payment processor. Here are the new payment processing rates:
3% for credit card payments
0% for ACH payments (direct debit)
✨ Tip: Choosing ACH helps you avoid higher card fees and helps us keep overall costs lower for the community. Remember - you cannot upload your ACH information on the app only in a browser window via Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or whatever you use!!

We’re upgrading to Momence to make booking and managing your membership easier. With Momence, you can:
Manage your membership and class packs
Book or cancel classes in seconds
View your upcoming schedule and special events
All of your existing memberships, class packs, and future bookings will transfer automatically.You’ll just need to reset your password and update your payment information for when we go live on November 10.
