We'd like to invite you to an uplifting weekend of yoga and fun!
We will be hosting a special weekend of rejuvenation on March 6-7. It will be beautiful! It will be an uplifting weekend open to any who are interested.
We will set an intention on the Saturday for healing and just have the best time Saturday and Sunday!
There will be lots of laughing and some inevitable silliness. We will look for joy together over the weekend and train ourselves to see it even after the weekend! It will be super fun!

Each day will be full of yoga, meditation, laughing. Each day will be special in it’s own way and the actual yoga we focus on will depend on who is signed up.
Times: 9am - 6pm
We will begin each day with setting an intention, the 5 Tibetan Rites and a meditation. Next, we will teach an original hot yoga class with some extra time to talk about certain postures and ideas in the practice.
Then, we will break for lunch, green juice and return for some yoga fun!
We will finish the day with another yoga class. You will feel amazing!
