Many Yoga texts place an emphasis on taking care of the space in which one practices. Although we've been practicing in different spaces for the past year, one collective yoga space remains consistent: PLANET EARTH. Come celebrate her with us on the Sunday before Earth Day with some FREE YOGA!
By taking care of your body, mind, and spirit through Yoga, you are giving yourself the tools to take care of the Yoga space that is all of ours...the Earth!
Yoga has so many benefits, not only for our physical well-being but mental and emotional health as well. The best way to experience these benefits is with a regular practice (at least 3x/week).
Regardless of if you have a regular practice, semi-regular practice, or are just starting out, we want to share this amazing yoga with you!
