Introducing Unity Vinyasa

Experience a flow state with precisely timed syncing of breathing techniques with the motion of transitions and the stillness of the poses

Michael Lubbert is introducing Unity Vinyasa to our school with an Open House on April 16th at noon.

Starting April 27th Be Yoga Andersonville will be the only school in Chicago offering this type of yoga (Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm). Unity Vinyasa is a non-heated, breath-centered, meditation-focused true-flow yoga. This yoga flow is very accessible to all students!

Michael will give you a crash course on how to use Unity Vinyasa to advance your yoga practice. You will learn how to breathe more effectively in any style of yoga and day-to-day life.

This open house includes a 75-minute Unity Vinyasa class, followed by a discussion to understand how we can better use yoga to de-stress and find more peace, contentment, and love in life.

The Open House is included in your membership.

We hope to see you there!
