Join us for 3 fantastic days of the best yoga all day, every day! Experience deep transformation in your practice and mind. Re-connect with your love of yoga. We will start the day with 5 Tibetan Rites, meditation, an original hot yoga class, then take a short break and return for meditation and non-heated yoga practice. We will do yoga training with a focus on finessing postures, practice and building awareness. Each day will build upon the last.

This will be really fun… You will meet some incredible folks! of the things that has helped me grow in my yoga practice and my relationship with myself and others is doing full days of yoga under the guidance of a teacher. In just a few days, transformations can happen.

If there are particular things you would like to work on in your practice, please just let me know ahead of time!


Friday, September 1:

10:30am-11:30am 5 Tibetan Rites (Phoenix Room) followed by Meditation

11:30am-1:30pm Original Hot Yoga Class

1:30pm-2:30pm BREAK (lunch not provided)

2:30-5pm non-heated yoga practice

5-5:30pm 5 Tibetan Rites and Meditation

Saturday and Sunday, September 2-3:

12-12:30pm 5 Tibetan Rites followed by Meditation

12:30pm-2:30pm Original Hot Yoga Class

2:30pm-3:30pm BREAK (lunch not provided)

3:30pm-6pm non-heated yoga practice
